Royal Panda Review
Royal Panda have burst onto the scene with their online casino, their early success and popularity almost forcing their hand into opening up a sportsbook.
Sports betting isn’t something that comes naturally to them and as you will find from the review below, they do things a little differently than most. Doing your own thing is often something that we like to see, especially in an industry such as online betting where many sites can look and feel very similar. On the flip side it’s always going to be a risk, so we will explore in this review if it is one that has paid off.

The Royal Panda Website
We said that Royal Panda had set out to do things a little differently, and the layout is the first thing that really jumps out at you. Where as on a normal bookmaker you would land on the homepage, with a selection of bets to choose from, with royal Panda the home page is actually linked to a live betting market of a certain match. This leaves a tiny menu down the left hand side.
It’s not even that easy to navigate your way out of, as when you click to expand the menu you are met with a list of sports with a drop down menu, which we aren’t a fan of. You’ll also find that you need to switch to ‘Pre-Match’ bets for the majority of markets and to get you away from the seemingly default live betting section.
Also, the page is split up into two halves when scrolling through a list of potential matches. It never seems to remove that original game that you landed on from the bottom half of the screen, giving you a reduced window to potentially scroll through hundreds of games or sports. It’s all very confusing and feels unfinished.
After eventually working out how the site worked or didn’t work as the case may be, we were actually pleasantly surprised to see how many markets that they were offering. Now, we will warn you that football makes up about 80% of the total market coverage, which may not be that surprising but it is worth noting if you are looking to bet on other sports as well.
The likes of tennis, basketball, rugby, volleyball, baseball and many other sports are all on offer. The most notable absentee has to be that of horse racing but it’s not uncommon for new bookmakers to gradually introduce this.
The pricing structure on site was pretty good and we found them to be fairly consistent actually. It’s been tough to compare them but from the bets that we tested they were able to keep up with the majority. They perhaps lack that killer instinct with top prices to make them a standout candidate.
Live Betting & Streaming
The live betting section is actually very good and is probably the only section that seems to be properly working with no errors that we came across. The range of games and sports is very impressive to say the least, especially considering that they are only a reasonably small operator at present.
Again, football dominates, probably more so than the pre-match bets we spoke of before. But, if you are into your football then you are in for a treat as the design for the in-play section is great. We loved the top banner showcasing information like latest score, shots on target, danger attacks and bookings. Then you have the live match centre on the right hand navigation bar, showing you exactly what’s going on in the match.
As Royal Panda is already a well established casino, they are able to ride on the back of this and take advantage of a really good range of deposit and banking methods.
Deposits start from just £10 and it’s worth noting that no fees will be charged for any method. The maximum that you can deposit at any one time is £15,000. Withdrawal options are much more limited than deposits, so bear this in mind. Withdrawals will again start from as little as £10 and will be capped at £100,000 per transaction. Again, no fees are charged and processing times range from instantly with an e-wallet and 1-5 days with debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers.
