32Red Review

Widely recognisable, 32 Red has continued to have success in a number of different categories within the gambling sector. Whilst they are probably better known for their online casino, the company actually also include a massive sportsbook, which has been developing over the years.

On the sports betting side of things, 32 Red are able to offer a great range of betting markets to choose from, including all the sports that you would expect. In-play betting and cash-out are available as well as a raft of horse racing price boosts which will appeal to customers both new and existing.

When you first enter the site the first thing to really get you is the striking looks. It’s not actually unique to 32 Red, and whilst it does have their branding, there are other sites that are similar in nature. But, it still looks amazing and is definitely one of our favourites to work with.

You can get a quick overview of what’s going on, often posting upcoming markets including some live betting markets as well. They often call upon ‘trending’ markets, which are essentially just markets that are about to start, but it’s a nice little feature, especially if you aren’t sure exactly what you want to bet on next.

The mobile app is a highlight for us. We thought that in terms of both looks and functionality, there were very few that could emulate or even match them. Like a lot of bookmakers, the mobile apps can be a much easier way to bet what we found with 32 Red. Having said that, we did have the app crash once on us, but this seemed to be an isolated incidence and we’ve not seen any reports online of punters stating that this is an on-going issue.

Whilst it’s not uncommon for sportsbooks and casinos to be linked, we feel that there are few that work as well as 32 Red’s offerings. They have one of the best casinos that we’ve come across and the sports betting area isn’t all that far behind.  We know that plenty of punters like to bet on sports and play casino games, so for this we think that they really stand out from the crowd.

Betting Markets

Once you get into the meat of the site you will be able to get a good feel for how good 32 Red is. Now, we aren’t going to say that their betting markets rival some of the bigger brands, because they aren’t quite there yet, but they aren’t a million miles away.

Both football and horse racing are pushed more than any other sport. Interestingly, at the time of writing there were over 35,000 markets for football alone and dozens of races throughout the day, such is their prominance.

Outside of this you still get a good range to choose from, with tennis, cricket, rugby and golf all worth notable mentions. If you are into your American sports such as American football and in particular, basketball, then 32 Red is going to be a great addition. They tie these markets up with their statistics section as well, adding an extra layer of depth.

Live Betting & Streaming

The live betting section offered a decent range of games and betting markets to choose from. Once you manage to get into the main live area you are quickly able to see that the coverage is solid.

But, we couldn’t help feel that there was something lacking from this section. You got a summary of games taking place and up to date scores, but the lack of a match centre or any live streaming made it feel a bit numb. Often when you go into live betting sections you expect it to be a hive of activity, however on this occasion we felt that it needed to do more.

Having said that, we found that the pricing structure, both pre-match and live was excellent. When comparing odds, we found for lots of bets they were matching the best price that you could find. However, there were some basic markets that appeared to be missing, especially when it came to more niche bets such as alternative goals and alternative handicap bets.

The company are based out of Gibraltar and are very much seen as a leading light in the industry. They have been able to offer up a massive range of games and loads of innovating features throughout that time. As a result, they have also been recognised on multiple occasions from industry awards, none more so prestige than their ‘Casino of the Decade’ award from Casinomeister.

The design of the online casino is easily one of the best that we have tested. It’s modern and stylish, but also has their own sense of style that 32Red have become synonymous with. It looks like very few other casinos in the industry and given how many there are these days, that’s actually quite the feat!

The mobile app follows a similarly high standard and to be honest, is again one of the better ones we’ve tried. We really liked that the app was fluid for whatever screen size you are using, which is great if you enjoy playing on tablet devices. Often what you find is a casino offers a set size for smartphone and then for tablet, but as you’ll likely be aware, screens sizes can vary massively between different brands and models, so this was a big tick for us.

Game Variety

32Red are pretty unique in terms of the set up of their casino. Where the majority of casinos these days use a multitude of different software providers, 32 Red only exclusively use Microgaming.
